This coat of arms is in the St. Thomas Aquinas Newman Center in Grand Forks, ND. It is the coat of arms of Cardinal John Henry Newman, who the Newman Center is named after. The bottom heart is Newman's, the top hearts are Jesus and Mary's, and the jagged line between them is the valley of tears (life) that separates them, through which they communicate.
